Job description
The AI Analyst within the HRIS function is responsible for identifying, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven solutions that enhance HR processes, improve data insights, and increase operational efficiency. This role works closely with HRIS, HR operations, analytics teams, and technology partners to ensure AI tools are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business needs., * Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for AI-enabled automation, prediction, and decision support.
- Support the design, testing, and deployment of AI models and tools within the HRIS ecosystem.
- Maintain AI-driven workflows, chatbots, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics models.
- Monitor performance, accuracy, and data quality for all AI solutions, recommending improvements where needed.
- Partner with HRIS teams to integrate AI functionality into systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or others.
- Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure ethical, compliant use of employee data.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI enhancements or new capabilities.
- Provide ongoing user support, documentation, and training related to AI features and tools.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- 5 Years of Relevant Experience
- Experience with HRIS platforms and strong understanding of HR data structures.
- Knowledge of AI concepts such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Ability to interpret and analyze large data sets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles.
- Experience with tools such as Python, SQL, or enterprise AI platforms is helpful, but not always required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or data science.
- Experience training or tuning AI models.
- Understanding of automation tools such as RPA, workflow engines, or HR chatbots.
