Job description

NetBrain Technologies is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will work across front-end and back-end, architecting and building high-performance web applications end-to-end-from UI and user experience through services, APIs, and data. Our platform powers agentic network operations, helping enterprises automate network diagnosis, change management, and remediation at scale. We need someone with solid fundamentals in both front-end and back-end who can own features across the stack, and who learns new technical areas quickly. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of features end-to-end, collaborates closely with product and design, and can serve as a technical anchor for the team.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with product and design to define features, specifications, and requirements; take ownership end-to-end from architecture through testing and validation.
  • Architect and build full-stack features spanning front-end UI, back-end services and APIs, database design, and data workflows-with an emphasis on integrating AI capabilities to solve customer problems.
  • Own quality across the development lifecycle, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and serve as a technical anchor for the team., In compliance with applicable laws, NetBrain conducts holistic, individual background reviews in support of all hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant industry working experience.
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns, with strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with server-side development in C#, C++, Java, or a comparable language - C# is a strong plus given our stack
  • Experience designing and building REST APIs and working with relational/non-relational databases
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with hands-on experience in modern web frameworks (React or Angular), and solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks, LLM tool use, and agentic workflows is a strong plus
  • Manual Dexterity: Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers for using a computer.
  • Stationary Tasks: Sitting for extended periods, remaining in a stationary position.
