Job description

  • Assist in monitoring, maintaining, and supporting servers, networks, and system infrastructure.
  • Respond to technical support requests and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Perform routine systems updates, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Support the deployment of new equipment, applications, and systems.
  • Monitor system performance and report issues or anomalies to senior staff.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with IT team members on projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist with lifecycle management.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal users.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Requirements

We are seeking a Systems Administrator responsible for the maintenance, reliability, security, and performance of the organization's servers, systems, and network infrastructure. This role supports day-to-day operations, resolves technical issues, and collaborates with IT leadership to implement improvements and new technologies. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering stable and secure IT services., * Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience or certifications (CompTIA A+, etc.) are acceptable.

  • Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-starter.
  • 100% in office requirement.
