Job description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter who is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions across various industries. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse candidate pool. The recruiter plays a vital role in delivering positive experience for both clients and job seekers while ensuring staffing needs are met in a timely and professional manner., * Source, interview, and place qualified candidates in client job openings across light industrial, hospitality, clerical, and professional roles.
- Use job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach to attract talent.
- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish to assess skills and job readiness.
- Match candidates to jobs based on experience, skills, and client requirements.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for high-volume roles.
- Must meet or exceed gross margin (GM) goals and KPIs.
Client & Candidate Communication
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and first-day coordination for placed candidates.
- Communicate job details, expectations, and workplace policies clearly to candidates in their preferred language.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with E-Verify, background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks as needed.
- Promote a safe work environment and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Partner with the client on safety training, incident reporting, and follow-ups.
- Assist with internal or client audits as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance (a plus)., * Prior experience in recruiting or staffing industry preferred.
