Job description
WarCollar Industries is seeking an experienced Software Test Engineer to join an elite Intelligence Community mission supporting a Sponsor's critical software development and testing initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to develop and test mission-critical applications that directly support national security while working alongside highly skilled engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position includes software development, automated testing, classification tool development, and program support utilizing Microsoft technologies, Java/Python, JavaScript, and modern web technologies., Develop and maintain software applications, classification tools, and web services using Java, Python, JavaScript, C/C++, .NET, and Visual Basic. Design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions using Selenium and Playwright. Perform regression, integration, compatibility, usability, and negative testing across multiple operating environments. Develop web-based user interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Support and maintain existing applications, including legacy Lotus Notes solutions where required. Collaborate with program managers, developers, and Sponsor personnel to ensure successful project execution. Participate in technical meetings, status reporting, risk management, and project planning activities. Support development efforts across Windows, Unix/Linux, cloud, and multi-security domain environments , Desired Skills
Requirements
Experience developing software with one or more of the following: Java Python JavaScript C/C++ .NET Visual Basic Experience with web technologies including HTML and CSS. Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern software development lifecycles. Experience working in classified Intelligence Community environments is highly desired. Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with government customers. , Additional Details
Candidates must possess the following: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.
