Job description
We're looking for a seasoned Agile leader to orchestrate software releases across multiple development teams on a mission-critical Intelligence Community program. You'll own the integrated release plan end to end while serving as Scrum Master and coach to one or more Agile teams. You'll work alongside engineers, Product Managers, DevSecOps professionals, and customer stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality capabilities that matter.

- Develop, maintain, and execute integrated release plans across multiple Agile teams
- Lead release readiness activities from planning through integration, testing, deployment, and production support, including Go/No-Go reviews
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams: facilitate ceremonies, coach on Agile practice, clear impediments, and partner with Product Managers on backlog health
- Drive CI/CD and release automation improvements with the DevSecOps team
- Track release and team metrics; communicate status to program leadership and customer stakeholders
- Support Program Increment (PI) Planning, release forecasting, and program-level risk mitigation
- Ensure releases comply with customer governance, configuration management, cybersecurity, and change management processes
Requirements
Active Top Secret/SCI with the ability to successfully pass a Polygraph examination., * Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a polygraph; US citizenship required per contract
- 10+ years supporting software development programs, including 5+ years of Release Management in Agile environments and 5+ years as a Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced CSM, or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Experience managing releases across multiple Scrum teams in DevSecOps/CI/CD environments
- Working fluency with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile lifecycle tools
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs
Nice to Have
- SAFe certifications (SSM, RTE, or SAFe Agilist), PMI-ACP, or PMP
- Hands-on exposure to GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Enterprise pipelines
- Kubernetes, cloud-native, or containerized deployment experience
- Track record of mentoring Scrum Masters and raising Agile maturity across teams
