- Configure and manage routing and switching platforms (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VLANs, EVPN, VXLAN, etc.).
- Design and configure data center network automation tooling to manage network fabrics at scale.
- Implement network segmentation practices by using VLANs, policies, and inspection.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex networking issues while using monitoring and observability tools like Zabbix, Grafana, and others.
- Drive hardware and software lifecycle management of network infrastructure.
Data center Compute, Virtualization, and Storage
- Configure and manage virtualization platforms across multiple data centers.
- Develop efficient operational workflows by creating VM templates, images, and other means of rapid host and VM provisioning.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain physical server platforms.
- Perform regular patching of BIOS, firmware, and lights out management.
- Deploy and manage storage systems (SAN, NAS, object storage, Ceph, ZFS, RAID).
- Manage storage resiliency through backup and replication platforms.
- Design storage architectures for performance, resilience, and scalability.
- Monitor storage capacity and performance while proactively addressing issues.
- Rack/Stack, cabling, and power of on-premises hardware.
Automation & Infrastructure as Code
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, etc.

- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering (network, systems, or data center operations).
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
- Hands-on experience with data center networking (fiber, DAC, etc.).
- Experience with virtualization platforms and enterprise storage systems.
- Scripting or automation experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
- Experience with Linux and/or enterprise server operating systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced networking experience (BGP, EVPN/VXLAN, MPLS, large-scale IP fabrics).
- Experience with data center architectures (leaf-spine, Clos, SDN).
- Vendor certifications (CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, VMware, Red Hat, NetApp, etc.).
- Storage expertise (NetApp, Dell/EMC, Pure, SAN/NVMe fabrics, Ceph, ZFS).
- Kubernetes, container platforms, or cloud infrastructure experience.
- Experience with automation frameworks and IaC (Terraform, Ansible).
- Experience in regulated or high-availability environments (telecom, finance, healthcare).
