Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium WebDriver
- Create automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test scripts
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and testers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and troubleshoot defects
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery
- Document test cases, automation frameworks, and testing results
- Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency through automation and best practices
- Support manual testing efforts when needed for new functionality or exploratory testing

- Continuously looks for ways to improve software quality and automation processes, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of professional experience in software testing or test automation
- 4+ years of experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver
- Strong experience with Java, C#, or Python
- Experience using testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured
- Experience with Git or other source control systems
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing web-based enterprise applications
- Experience with performance or load testing tools
- Experience with SQL and database validation
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Experience supporting Federal Government clients
