Job description

This role will be responsible for defining, executing, and overseeing complex system and software integration projects. This role will work across internal development teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, API connectivity and functional compatibility between disparate enterprise systems., * Develop the technical integration strategy, including defining scope, data mapping, and selecting appropriate middleware or integration patterns (Microservices, APIs, ETL)

  • Lead the full lifecycle of integration projects, track progress against technical milestones, identify architecture risks and dependencies, and proactively manage issues, related to system compatibility and performance
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact, coordinating closely with software development, QA,DevOps, and the business unit leaders to ensure technical alignment and successful deployment
  • Design, document, and oversee the implementation of reliable, scalable, and secure data exchange processes and APIs between internal and external patterns
  • Manage technical relationships with third-party software providers, ensuring their systems integrate cleanly with our enterprise architecture
  • Establish clear standards, policies, and technical documentation for all integration efforts, ensuring compliance with security and architectural governance
  • Partner with QA teams to develop and execute integration test plans and coordinate the technical cutover and deployment activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field, * 5+ years of experience in technical project management, solution architecture, or a dedicated software/systems integration role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale technical integration projects (ERP,CRM etc)
  • PMP, CSM,or other relevant technical project/agile management certification is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of modern integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, messaging queues, ETL tools).
  • Excellent leadership, technical negotiation, and cross team communication skills.
  • Deep analytical and technical problem solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and data integrity issues.
  • High level of proficiency with integration platforms, project management, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with cloud based platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Ability to translate high level business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
