As a Forward Deployed Data Engineering - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will combine technical skills with creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Responsibilities
- Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Managing and reviewing code to maintain coding standards and quality
- Collaborating with teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Utilizing programming languages such as Python for software development and troubleshooting
- Implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to streamline software deployment
- Conducting quality assurance testing to validate software functionality and performance
- Engaging in application development and enterprise application integration to support client needs
- Applying object-oriented design principles to create scalable and maintainable software architectures
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues to optimize software performance and reliability
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver quality solutions
- Navigating complex situations and using critical thinking to solve problems and generate new ideas
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all aspects of software engineering work
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

- Paid holidays, The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
