Job description

Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to support Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) for a large-scale, cross-functional program. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across teams, and can translate complex information into concise, executive/leadership-ready materials., * Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams

  • Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making
  • Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones
  • Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria
  • Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA (and QMetry where applicable) to manage testing activities and track progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams
  • Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to drive work independently

Advanced proficiency in:

  • System implementations

  • PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations)

  • Excel (tracking, reporting, data analysis)

  • JIRA (task and defect management)

  • Concise presentations

  • Entry/exit ORT criteria

  • Milestone-based deliverables

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
