Software Engineer

• Design, code, debug, test, and troubleshoot throughout the application development process
• Provide innovative and creative solutions in a collaborative manner under tight deadlines
• Build sophisticated and complex functionality to support the Treasury business
• Communicate design, architecture, implementations, and requirements clearly

As part of a small, technically strong Agile team, the Software Engineer will perform design, coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process. This position demands a high degree of initiative and technical excellence to build sophisticated and complex functionality for the client's Treasury business to be more effective in managing liquidity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and a desire to implement continuous delivery and integration., * Comprehensive knowledge of UX and responsive UI design with an emphasis on intuitive design

• Ability to write cross-browser and standards compliant code that meets flexibility, scalability, and performance requirements
• Highly skilled at front-end engineering using a modern client-side technology stack that can include: Angular, Java, CSS preprocessors (Sass/LESS)
• 4+ years of experience in Angular, with most recent experience in Angular 16
• Hands-on experience in unit testing frameworks such as Karma and Jasmine
• Experience working with REST API, JSON, and XML
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, and Ansible
• Basic experience with a major database like Oracle or SQL Server
• Knowledge of Agile and/or SCRUM methodologies
• Dedicated, self-driven, and willing to take responsibility and ownership of application
• Strong problem-identifying and solving ability
• Excellent communication skills

Desired skills:

• Basic knowledge of Python is desirable
