Requirements

  • 10+ years of full stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems
  • Expert-level proficiency in React and Next.js SSR, SSG, and App Router
  • Hands-on with TanStack libraries (Query, Router, Table, Form) and deep knowledge of State Management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand)
  • Proficient in Node.js for building APIs, services, and BFF patterns
  • Strong proficiency in FastAPI async REST APIs, dependency injection, Pydantic models, middleware, and OpenAPI docs
  • Strong experience with Authentication OAuth2, JWT, API keys, SSO, MFA, and role-based access control across full stack
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) schema design, indexing, and query optimization
  • Experience designing scalable microservices and RESTful API architecture
  • Familiar with message queues and async processing Kafka
  • Proven ability to optimize application performance across Core Web Vitals and API response strategies (rate limiting, pagination, caching)
  • Experience architecting scalable, high-traffic front-end systems and micro-frontend patterns
  • Strong knowledge of containerization Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Google Cloud Platform / Azure)
  • Familiarity with monorepo tooling (Turborepo, Nx) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficient in writing unit and integration tests Pytest, Jest, Playwright with strong CI/CD integration
  • Strong communication skills with experience leading technical discussions, code reviews, and mentoring teams
