Kubernetes Engineer

• EKS: Kubernetes platform operations, with real-world experience running and managing EKS clusters.

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals, especially control plane behavior, pod lifecycle, and networking within EKS

• Understanding of control plane mechanics, workload scheduling, node group management, and cluster configuration.
• CICD: Groovy scripting in Jenkins pipelines, especially for shared CI/CD logic

• Familiarity with how CI/CD workflows deploy to Kubernetes clusters, manage secrets, build images, and perform rollouts

• Coding: Go development for building automation and operational tooling

• Experience building internal tools that interface with Kubernetes APIs or support automation/observability

• AWS services: (e.g.,EKS, EC2, S3, Route53, IAM, Secrets Manager, ACM) to the extent they interact with EKS.

• Emphasis is on EKS-specific knowledge: how Kubernetes integrates with IAM (IRSA), VPC, ELB, and CloudWatch.
