Job description
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer focused on building and deploying AI-driven agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. This is a highly client-facing role where you will work directly with customers to design, build, and deliver agent-based solutions that solve real business problems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience taking agents from concept through production, owning the full lifecycle including development, deployment, governance, and ongoing optimization. You will act as a technical advisor to clients who may not understand how to properly implement or manage these solutions, ensuring agents are built securely, aligned with governance standards, and scalable within enterprise environments.
Requirements
Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in production (not POCs or personal projects)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and/or Azure AI Foundry (Azure AI Studio)
Experience owning the full agent lifecycle from design and development through deployment and post-production support
Strong client-facing experience with the ability to lead technical discussions and guide stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value
Experience building agent-based or AI-driven solutions using Microsoft technologies
Understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations when deploying agents (data exposure, guardrails, access controls)
Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Power Platform Admin Center or related services
Ability to work independently as a subject matter expert and lead delivery for clients end-to-end Experience with both Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry
Experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps
Stronger depth in governance, security, or compliance for AI solutions
Experience deploying multiple production agents (higher volume = stronger candidate)
