Job description

Join a high-impact SAP transformation initiative where you'll lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions for complex warehouse and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP EWM consultant with deep functional expertise in warehouse processes, system integration, and supply chain optimization., * Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable warehouse management solutions.
  • Configure and support inbound and outbound processing, handling unit (HU) management, warehouse movements, replenishment, physical inventory, warehouse monitoring, slotting, rearrangement, and exception handling.
  • Design and implement Stock Transfer Order (STO) processes to support inventory movement across facilities.
  • Implement and optimize Voice-Enabled Warehouse Operations and Voice Picking solutions.
  • Configure and support SAP EWM Labor Management functionality.
  • Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA ERP modules including MM, SD, PP, Transportation Management (TM), third-party logistics (3PL) systems, and RF/Voice technologies.
  • Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), end-user training, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Provide functional guidance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements to maximize warehouse efficiency.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
  • Experience implementing decentralized SAP EWM environments; automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise with:
  • Inbound and Outbound Processing
  • Handling Unit (HU) Management
  • Internal Warehouse Movements
  • Physical Inventory and Replenishment
  • Warehouse Monitor
  • Exception Handling Framework
  • Slotting and Rearrangement
  • Extensive experience with Stock Transfer Order (STO) processes.
  • Experience implementing Voice Picking and Voice-Directed Warehouse Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP EWM Labor Management.
  • Strong integration experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP, MM, SD, PP, TM, third-party logistics (3PL), RF devices, and Voice solutions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of SAP EWM functional consulting experience.
  • Multiple full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation projects.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise warehouse management solutions.
  • Experience integrating SAP EWM with SAP ERP modules and external warehouse technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout implementation and support.
  • Automotive manufacturing or distribution industry experience is highly desirable.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • SAP EWM certification is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
