Job description

We are seeking a skilled .NET Engineer with strong data engineering experience to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, backend services, data integrations, and cloud-based data infrastructure., * Build, orchestrate, and maintain automated ETL/ELT data pipelines using C#/.NET Core and cloud tooling such as Azure Data Factory.

  • Develop high-performance data ingestion tools, integration components, and REST APIs using the .NET framework.
  • Design and optimize relational databases and data warehouses, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Snowflake.
  • Modernize legacy .NET data frameworks and storage layers to cloud-native architectures.
  • Implement data validation, cleansing, automated testing, and error-handling processes.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Git.
  • Collaborate with full-stack developers, data analysts, and product teams to support enterprise reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  • Expert-level C# and .NET Core / .NET 10+
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Strong data engineering experience with:
  • Snowflake
  • Python
  • Apache Airflow
  • ETL / ELT pipelines
  • Data modeling
  • Star schema and dimensional modeling
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including:
  • Azure Data Lake
  • Azure Synapse
  • Azure Cosmos DB
  • Azure Functions
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL
  • Strong knowledge of Git and version control
  • Experience with Docker and containerization
  • Experience building REST APIs and data integration services
