Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 10+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, customize, and integrate ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules while collaborating with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise applications., * Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and custom solutions.

  • Configure and customize ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and CMDB modules.
  • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
  • Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server integrations.
  • Develop Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Knowledge Base, and Self-Service Portal.
  • Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and ServiceNow best practices.
