Job description

Seeking an Senior .NET Full Stack Developer experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework, Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD workflows. Responsible for the full software development lifecycle-from requirements gathering and architecture to coding, testing, and deployment. Responsible for upgrading legacy applications and maintaining secure, scalable web applications that interface across multiple state agencies., · Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using the .NET framework (.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#) and modern frontend technologies.

· Database & Integration: Architect and optimize SQL Server databases, write complex stored procedures, and build secure Web APIs / RESTful services for secure cross-agency data sharing.

· Modernization & Maintenance: Maintain and enhance existing legacy systems, troubleshoot application errors, and refactor code to comply with modern state IT security standards.

· Collaboration & DevOps: Work alongside Business Analysts, Project Managers, and System Administrators in an Agile environment. Maintain source code control using Git/Azure DevOps and assist with CI/CD deployment pipelines.

· Documentation & Compliance: Author technical documentation, system architectures, and user manuals. Ensure all applications meet accessibility (ADA/Section 508) and state data security protocols.

Requirements

· Backend: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework.

· Frontend: Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor).

· Database: Strong SQL Server skills

· Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD workflows.

· Security: Understanding of secure coding practices (OWASP Top 10) and identity management (OAuth, OpenID Connect).
