Job description
- Maintain and develop end-to-end web applications for what-if scenario or data analyses.
- Write scripts for data extraction, cleaning, management, and visualization.
- Use statistical methods to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights.
- Lead and contribute to various transversal initiatives.
- Summarize, simplify, and present results during meetings with cross-functional teams in an international environment (collaborators located in the USA, Germany, China, and France).
- Strengthen the networking between OPCM & Global Project Management (GPM) using a common language to facilitate the interactions and collaboration.
- Play a strong role of interface between clinical stakeholders and OPCM to translate business needs into technical solutions and the reverse (ie, vulgarize complex and technical solutions to non-experts.
Requirements
- Experience in programming and statistical analyses/modeling using Python and R.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Development.
Soft and technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of programming in Python.
- Knowledge of programming in R would be a plus.
- Good understanding of SQL and databases.
- Knowledge in Python/Dash web app framework development or other frameworks.
- Skills in statistical analysis, machine learning and statistical modelling.
- Ability to decrypt and translate business problems into technical solutions and to vulgarize complex and technical topics to non-experts.
- Autonomous and self-learner.
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor, curiosity and creative problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset, pragmatic, striving for results.
- Good communication and network skills, presentation skills (verbal & written) and ability to work in an international and multi-cultural environment.
Education:
- Master's degree related to Data Science such as statistics, computer science, or mathematics.

As Operational Planning & Capacity Management Data Analyst VIE within our Transformation & Project Management team, you will enable the Clinical Sciences & Operations (CSO) Operational Planning & Capacity Management (OPCM) team to rapidly develop and implement the right solutions. This role is essential to advancing our business intelligence initiatives by developing end-to-end web applications, building predictive models, and creating automated data pipelines, while translating complex technical solutions for stakeholders across multiple geographies (USA, Germany, China, France).
