Job description
We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist to join a high-performing Electrophysiology Lab in Lancaster, PA. This role is ideal for a skilled EP professional with experience assisting in a variety of diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
This position offers a consistent weekday schedule with no on-call responsibilities, weekends, or holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures.
- Prepare the EP lab, equipment, and supplies prior to each procedure.
- Operate and monitor specialized electrophysiology equipment throughout procedures.
- Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection prevention protocols.
- Support advanced cardiac rhythm management procedures, including device implantation and ablations.
- Monitor patient status during procedures and communicate changes to the clinical team.
- Document procedural information accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EP equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care., * Core Mandatory Annual Training

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technologist.
- Experience assisting with a broad range of electrophysiology procedures, including:
- Diagnostic Electrophysiology Studies
- Cardiac Ablations
- Generator (Device) Implants
- Left Bundle Branch Pacing
- Watchman Procedures
- Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA)
- Leadless Pacemaker Implantation
- Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy, electrophysiology procedures, and sterile technique.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced procedural environment.
