Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building APIs, integrating cloud and on-premises applications, and implementing scalable integration architectures.
This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions., * Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Lead API-led connectivity initiatives following MuleSoft best practices and integration patterns.
- Develop and maintain:
- System APIs
- Process APIs
- Experience APIs
- Build integrations between enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, databases, and external services.
- Design reusable integration components, connectors, and frameworks.
- Implement API security, authentication, authorization, and governance standards.
- Optimize Mule applications for:
- Performance
- Scalability
- Reliability
- Maintainability
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on MuleSoft development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and production issues.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide technical leadership during project delivery.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Create and maintain:
- Technical documentation
- Deployment guides
- Support procedures
- Ensure adherence to enterprise integration standards and governance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of integration development experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development experience.
- Strong experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Deep understanding of API-led connectivity architecture.
- Experience designing and developing:
- RESTful web services
- SOAP-based web services

Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $82,082 to $193,440
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
