Job description

We are seeking a Lead Engineer with strong experience in Cloud Modernization, Platform Engineering, and AI-Driven Software Delivery. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale cloud-native application development and modernization initiatives while driving AI adoption across the SDLC using modern engineering practices and cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-native engineering projects.
  • Drive application modernization across .NET, Java, and Python platforms.
  • Design scalable cloud architectures using Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Implement CI/CD, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and observability best practices.
  • Build and deploy containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Drive AI-enabled engineering using LLMs, RAG, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • 10 14 years of software engineering experience.
  • Proven experience leading multiple cloud modernization or platform engineering projects.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in .NET, Java, or Python.
  • Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI-assisted software development.
  • Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital transformation or cloud migration initiatives.
  • Knowledge of multi-agent AI workflows.
  • Consulting or client delivery experience.
