Job description

We are looking for an experienced AI Data Engineer to join a growing enterprise data team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building enterprise-scale data solutions and implementing AI capabilities in production environments. This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to work from either Frisco, TX or Louisville, KY. Required Skills, * Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines and data platforms.

  • Implement AI and machine learning solutions into production environments.
  • Build scalable ETL/ELT processes using Databricks and Snowflake.
  • Ensure data quality, security, governance, and compliance across enterprise data platforms.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Optimize data processing performance and cloud-based data infrastructure.
  • Support enterprise data architecture and best practices for data engineering.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in production environments.
  • Strong experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale data pipelines.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as:
  • Healthcare
  • Financial Services
  • Solid understanding of:
  • Data Governance
  • Enterprise Data Architecture
  • Cloud-based Data Platforms
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Databricks
  • Snowflake
  • Experience designing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
