Job description
The Software Engineer will support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of software for factory test systems used in the production of advanced products. This position will work throughout the software development lifecycle while partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams to support test system development, validation, deployment, and sustainment.
- ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and integrate object-oriented software applications using C# and C++.
- Develop software applications, reusable libraries, and instrument drivers for factory test systems.
- Troubleshoot software applications, instrumentation, interfaces, and system-level issues.
- Support software integration, validation, deployment, and sustainment activities.
- Collaborate with systems, electrical, mechanical, test, and manufacturing engineering teams.
- Define, develop, and refine software requirements for factory test system products.
- Support multiple projects while meeting technical and program milestones.
Requirements

Experience developing software using C# and/or C++.

Experience with object-oriented software development.

Experience supporting software design, integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Ability to manage multiple technical priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting factory test systems, automated test equipment (ATE), production test, or manufacturing test environments.

Experience developing instrument drivers, software libraries, or automated test applications.

Experience supporting aerospace, defense, electronics, or other complex hardware products.

Experience with software requirements, verification, validation, and controlled software releases.

Experience supporting production deployment and software sustainment activities.
