Grow NorthAm's AI Infrastructure business and expand GCP's leadership position in the market through long-term AI Infra partnerships and accelerated AI Infra adoption.

Develop and drive strategic growth initiatives, sales plays and strategic customer programs to enable short- and long-term customer success and scale GTM processes.

Own AI Infra 'rhythm of the business' for NorthAm including business and finance forecast cadence in collaboration with key stakeholders across sales, product, operations and finance.

Lead Google Cloud's most strategic and complex AI Infra deal cycles with a customer-first mindset, strong sense of ownership, and accountability for the success of the partnership.

Drive commercial best-practices and profitability for GCP's AI Infrastructure in collaboration with our finance, product, capacity and our leadership teams. Develop and implement regional/industry specific go-to-market strategies jointly with the broader AI team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

15 years of experience in enterprise tech, cloud sales, management consulting, or partner management.

10 years of experience in people management.

Experience in business development and strategy.
Preferred qualifications:
-
MBA.

Experience working across multiple organizations to drive complex initiatives to resolution.

Experience in cloud sales (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, Iaas), business development, or consulting, management/leadership and P&L.

Experience successfully operating in a fast-paced, high-impact work environment, and excellent communication skills.

Deep understanding of the AI Infrastructure market, products, and different customer segments/use cases of the emerging Gen-AI industry tech stack.

Understanding of strategic business agreements and complex partnerships.
