Job description

As an Sr Advisor II, ERP Solutions Engineer , you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions that support business objectives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve system performance, and deliver high-quality applications that meet evolving business needs.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain application software solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.

  • Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

  • Analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and modernization.

  • Lead or contribute to system architecture discussions and technical design decisions.

  • Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability through best practices and code quality standards.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers and team members.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments.

  • Work within agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

  • Support continuous integration and deployment processes and contribute to automation initiatives.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience

  • 5 or more years of experience in UI5/ABAP development

What Makes You Stand Out - Preferred

  • Intermediate proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, etc.)

  • Familiarity with modern frameworks and microservices architecture

  • Intermediate proficiency in.Net and Automation

  • Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines

  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments

  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

  • Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable applications

Benefits & conditions

This position has a base salary range of $160,200 - $195,800.
