Design and implement highly scalable and fault-tolerant distributed systems utilizing core Python and modern asynchronous programming frameworks.
Drive performance optimization & cost efficiency via deep profiling and memory-aware engineering.
Establish production-grade CI/CD, testing (pytest), and type safety (mypy) for robust code quality.
Build agents/components that reason, plan and act.
Implement guardrails, cognitive patterns such as ReAct patterns.
Develop memory and tool-use capabilities (MCP), collaborate with prompt engineers.

Mastery of asyncio, multithreading, OOP, and memory management.
Implement enterprise-grade security & compliance, including encryption and secrets management across AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure, Databricks, Snowflake.
Experience with AI and data pipeline ecosystem (good-to-have).
Experience with Agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar), AIOps, Build CI/CD pipelines.
Strong Python engineering (async, APIs, microservices).
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Lakehouse architectures.
