Job description
AaraTech Inc is seeking a motivated Cyber Security Analyst Healthcare (2-3 Years Experience) to support healthcare security operations, protect healthcare applications, medical systems, and sensitive patient information. This role focuses on monitoring cyber threats, identifying vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with healthcare security standards. You will collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and compliance teams to maintain a secure healthcare environment. Ideal for early-career cyber security professionals., * Monitor security alerts and investigate cyber security incidents
- Perform vulnerability assessments and support remediation efforts
- Analyze security logs using SIEM tools to identify threats and suspicious activities
- Protect healthcare applications, medical devices, networks, and patient data
- Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and security best practices
- Support incident response, threat detection, and risk mitigation activities
- Conduct security audits and assist with HIPAA compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and compliance teams
- Maintain security documentation, reports, and incident records
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related role
- Basic understanding of network security, endpoint security, and cyber security principles
- Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Protection, and Vulnerability Management
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Understanding of common cyber threats, phishing, malware, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Exposure to AWS or cloud security concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
