Planning Operations Coordinating Azure DevOps Communication Sprint Planning Agile Methodology Team Effectiveness Business Valuation Financial Services Full Stack Development Stakeholder Management Certified Scrum Master Artificial Intelligence Project Risk Management Business Transformation Agile Software Development Scrum (Software Development) Continuous Improvement Process ADO.NET (Programming Language) Application Programming Interface (API), * We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a high-profile enterprise initiative within a regulated financial services environment.

  • This role will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic product and platform enhancements, including integration efforts involving third-party services, APIs, and customer-facing digital experiences.
  • The ideal candidate has strong Agile delivery expertise, experience operating within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment, and a provenability to facilitate teams, manage risks, and drive execution across complex programs., * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support program-level planning and backlog refinement activities.
  • Coordinate work across multiple teams and disciplines within a scaled Agile framework.
  • Identify, track, and communicate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).
  • Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase team effectiveness and delivery predictability.
  • Monitor delivery progress and maintain project visibility through Azure DevOps (ADO).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile software delivery teams.
  • Experience working in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments
  • Financial services, banking, lending, payments, or credit card industry experience.
  • SAFe Certification and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum principles, practices, and metrics.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and program-level coordination activities.
  • Proficiency using Azure DevOps (ADO) for planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills., * Experience supporting:
  • API integrations
  • Third-party vendor integrations
  • Configuration initiatives
  • Digital product or UI-related projects
  • Experience working within enterprise PMO, EPMO, or large-scale delivery organizations.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
