Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Experience performing system analysis, claims unit testing, and benefit defect root cause analysis.

Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate benefit configuration and claims processing support.

Experience supporting group benefit change implementations, corporate projects, and healthcare reform initiatives. Preferred Skills/Experience - Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:

Subject matter expertise in MOS and Classic group benefit inquiries and issue resolution.

Experience providing test case criteria and implementation support for systems testing.

Experience working with cross-functional business, project, and IT teams.

Experience supporting healthcare benefit configuration and claims processing environments.
