Job description
Seeking an experienced Senior BI Analyst to develop healthcare analytics, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions that improve patient outcomes and support data-driven decision-making., * Design and develop BI reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Build SQL-based reporting solutions.
- Develop reports using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, QlikView, Business Objects, and Microsoft BI Stack.
- Partner with business users, vendors, and leadership.
- Create user documentation and training materials.
- Follow Agile methodology and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of Business Intelligence/Data Analytics experience.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Healthcare analytics/reporting experience.
- Experience with Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, QlikView, Business Objects, Microsoft BI Stack.
- Epic Billing or EpicCare Data Model Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire)., * Background Check
- Urinalysis (No THC Testing)
- Titer Test
- COVID & Flu Vaccination (Medical/Religious exemptions accepted)
Certifications Preferred: Candidates who already hold an active Epic Billing or EpicCare Data Model certification.
