Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and custom reports, with reporting as the primary area of expertise.

  • Proven experience designing complex Calculated Fields and supporting reporting across Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Financials (FINSCM), and Workday Hub integrations.

  • Experience with BIRT Reporting, Power BI, or other enterprise reporting and visualization platforms. Knowledge of reporting best practices, analytics, and dashboard development is preferred.
