Job description
- Gather and map requirements, analyze, and create design documents for application changes in Oracle Fusion.
- Implement new business processes in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
- Work with management and business partners to prioritize and implement application enhancements.
- Lead user sessions for requirements, testing (e.g., UAT), and create test plans and scripts.
- Provide global support for HRIS applications, resolving issues and collaborating on system improvements.
- Create and maintain system documentation, reports, and assist with user training and issue resolution.
- Work with GAP Analysis, Functional Architecture, CRP (Conference Room Piloting), Solution Design, Unit Testing, UAT, User Training.
Requirements
- Must have Master''s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor''s degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of Masters)
- 2 years experience (or 2 years experience as Project Manager, Systems Analyst, or related occupation).
- Must have 2 years experience gathering and mapping requirements, and working with GAP Analysis, Functional Architecture, CRP (Conference Room Piloting), Solution Design, Unit Testing, UAT, User Training.
- Must be willing to travel (10-15%) within the US to unanticipated locations on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted.
