Job description
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud implementation activities.
- Conduct workshops and gather business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Prepare functional design documents and conversion templates.
- Coordinate with client business teams and offshore delivery teams.
- Support testing, issue resolution, and project delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects., * Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Talent Management, including:
- Talent Management
- Goals Management
- Talent Review
- Succession Planning
- Good understanding of Talent Acquisition, Core HR, and Compensation integration.
- Strong functional understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM business processes.
- Experience conducting client workshops, gathering business requirements, and performing fit-gap analysis.
- Ability to prepare Functional Specifications and Conversion Templates.
- Experience in Unit Testing, End-to-End Testing, and UAT support.
- Ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders and manage onsite client interactions.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure timely project delivery.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud product capabilities versus client business requirements., * Food & Beverage experience is preferred (not mandatory unless specified by the client).
