Job description

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to tackle complex challenges for sports providers and enthusiasts
  • Conduct user and competitor research to uncover insights for impactful design solutions
  • Bring designs to life with user flows, wireframes, mockups, surveys, and usability tests
  • Create user-centered solutions and services within our software products to keep the focus on people's needs
  • Elevate our Design Systems for consistency and excellence
  • Act autonomously within your area of expertise, fostering both professional and personal growth to gain ownership in future projects
  • Drive continuous improvement and team collaboration in weekly product development meetings and 1-on-1 session

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design of digital products.
  • Experience designing for SaaS solutions or manager tools is a plus
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills, product thinking, and prototyping
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and the problems they solve
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken; German skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with analytical tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics
  • Proficient with Figma
  • Excited about working with AI tools such as Claude or Figma Make
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, and other business stakeholders

At Eversports, transparency is key. We are pleased to offer a minimum annual gross salary of EUR 60,000 for a full-time 35-hour week, with potential adjustments based on position and experience level.
