Sounds good? Join us as Process Manager "Source-to-Pay" (m/f/d) These are the responsibilities you will take on as part of our team:

  • You will be responsible for establishing, continuously developing, and optimizing the entire Source-to-Pay (S2P) process across all stakeholders and subprocesses within the relevant business areas, always with the overall interests of the company in mind.
  • The Source-to-Pay process covers all activities from identifying a need for a product or service through to supplier payment. You will ensure that all subprocesses are seamlessly integrated and operate efficiently.
  • As part of the ERP implementation project, you will ensure that subprocesses are designed effectively from an end-to-end perspective and are fully aligned with one another, including across ERP system boundaries where required.
  • You will establish professional stakeholder management practices and appropriately engage business unit leaders, process owners, and Group IT stakeholders relevant to your end-to-end process.
  • You will conduct process analyses, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimization measures in close collaboration with business departments. In addition, you will gather, assess, and prioritize requirements from all relevant stakeholders.
  • You will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth process execution and integration. You will facilitate discussions and balance the interests of all parties involved.
  • You will ensure that all relevant data required for the end-to-end process is maintained in close cooperation with the responsible data management functions.
  • You will initiate, lead, and/or oversee projects that impact the end-to-end process.
  • You will ensure that process documentation, work instructions, and policies are created, maintained, and kept up to date.
  • You will define the target process maturity level and develop a roadmap to achieve it. You will monitor process quality, initiate corrective actions where deviations occur, and establish a KPI framework that drives overall process performance improvements.
  • You will ensure that appropriate training concepts and approaches are implemented to maintain ongoing process compliance and adherence.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring several years of professional experience in a relevant field.
  • You have experience with SAP S/4HANA process models, including their implementation and continuous development in a live business environment.
  • You have experience in leading and delivering projects.
  • You possess strong capabilities in driving change and transformation initiatives and combine these with a hands-on can-do attitude.
  • You have excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • You have a keen interest in emerging IT topics, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • You work proactively, think ahead, and have strong problem-solving skills.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • You enjoy collaborating with international colleagues and are willing to travel internationally on occasion.
