Job description

You will contribute to expanding Cloud Native applications SAP BTP Kyma runtime, as well as creating agents and skills to support development. All to ease and automate the work of engineers working with SAP BTP Kyma runtime.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Working on large-scale distributed systems with CNCF technologies including Kyma (Kubernetes runtime)
  • Building prototypes and demos for the product management and the team, to analyze the pros and cons of a technology in a hands-on fashion, investigate agentic solutions
  • Ensuring and maintaining full automation of development and testing processes
  • Use Agentic Coding Tools to create solutions and automate
  • Deploying the teams' products to cloud environments
  • Working on all aspects of software lifecycle: CI/CD pipelines, automation, testing, releases, etc., Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Requirements

  • Preferred field(s) of Master study: computer science, software engineering or equivalent
  • Development skills in one (or more) of modern programming languages
  • Openness to new programming languages, especially Go, and cloud-oriented technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Containerization
  • Good communication skills and communicative English
  • You experimented with LLMs, have experience with AI in general and coding tools, like Copilot and Claude Code
  • You eventually have experience in building/using agents
  • You understand engineering practices and are familiar with the Github ecosystem / GitOps
  • You adapt quickly to changing technologies, frameworks and communicate clearly
