Job description

Administration and optimization of multi-vendor switching environments (Cisco, Aruba, HP, Netgear). Management of enterprise WiFi platforms (Extreme, Meraki). Full management and maintenance of next-generation firewalls (Sophos, WatchGuard). Implementation and upkeep of firewall policies and VPN tunnel configurations. Incident resolution and user support through the corporate ticketing system. Standard network electronics troubleshooting and maintenance. Basic security tasks to ensure infrastructure protection. Infrastructure monitoring using tools such as Elastic, SolarWinds, and Checkmk. Preparation of operational and performance reports. Documentation of procedures, processes, and technical interventions. Operational tasks required for day-to-day network service continuity. Effective coordination with external service providers and ISPs.

Requirements

We are seeking a International Network Administrator with proven experience in enterprise network operations. The role encompasses the administration and optimization of multi-vendor switching environments (Cisco, Aruba, HP, Netgear), enterprise WiFi platforms (Extreme, Meraki), and next-generation firewalls (Sophos, WatchGuard)., Ability to work autonomously and proactively within the team. Fluency in English is essential. Additional Bonus Skills: Advanced network architecture design. Complex configuration of BGP, MPLS, VXLAN, and SD-WAN. Advanced cybersecurity tasks and threat mitigation. Leadership in critical projects or large-scale migrations. About You: More than 3 years of experience in networking. Proven experience with switches, firewalls, and VPN configurations. Knowledge of corporate WiFi and multi-vendor environments. Ability to troubleshoot issues, document procedures, and work effectively as part of a team. Basic understanding of security practices and monitoring tools. Able to work autonomously and coordinate with external providers. Fluent in English.
