Job description
As SAP Data & Analytics Manager, you will help clients unlock the value of their data through large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs and enterprise-wide Data & Analytics initiatives. You are responsible for defining and delivering Data & Analytics strategies, target architectures, and operating models while establishing a scalable and future-ready data foundation. This includes enabling trusted reporting, advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and effective data governance. You support clients in modernizing their analytics landscapes and transforming data into a strategic business asset through SAP and non-SAP technologies. As SAP Data & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for:
Data & Analytics Strategy
- Define enterprise Data & Analytics strategies, target operating models, and reporting roadmaps.
- Support clients in establishing modern data foundations for reporting, planning, analytics, and AI-driven use cases.
- Define data governance frameworks, data ownership models, and data quality approaches.
- Advise clients on data platform modernization and AI readiness initiatives.
Data Platforms & Analytics
- Design modern SAP-centric data architectures leveraging SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and hyperscaler technologies.
- Support the integration of SAP S/4HANA with enterprise data platforms and analytics environments (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Define semantic data layers, data products, analytics operating models, and enterprise reporting solutions.
- Support data modernization and migration roadmaps from legacy SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, and custom reporting environments.
Delivery & Leadership
- Lead SAP Data & Analytics workstreams within SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation programs.
- Lead analytics blueprinting workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Manage cross-functional EY and client teams while overseeing delivery governance, planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Coach consultants and senior consultants while contributing to capability development and practice growth.
Business Development
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client pursuits.
- Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CFOs, CDOs, and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for additional Data, Analytics, AI, and transformation services., The SAP Competence Center assists organizations in successfully implementing SAP S/4HANA and related SAP applications. The team bridges the gap between business and IT.
Requirements
- Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
- Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP BW on HANA.
- Experience with S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, SAP Analysis for Office, or SAP BusinessObjects.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Data Modeling, ETL/ELT design, Data Architecture, and Data Governance.
- Experience in Agile, SAP Activate, or other delivery methodologies.
- Experience working in international teams and global transformation programs.
- Knowledge of SAP Joule, Business AI, and AI-enabled analytics use cases., * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Data & Analytics consulting or SAP transformation programs.
- Understanding or interest in Enterprise Data & Analytics strategy, reporting, dashboards, analytics, and planning solutions, data governance, data quality, and data ownership. Data architecture and modern cloud data platforms, AI-enabled analytics and business transformation.
- Willingness to travel when required.
