Job description

We are looking for an hands-on Cloud platform engineer who combines deep Azure expertise with strong stakeholder management and coaching capabilities. You will work closely with architects, engineering teams, and operations specialists to deliver a secure, scalable, automated, and future-ready cloud platform., * Design, build, and evolve enterprise-scale Azure platform capabilities.

  • Lead infrastructure automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD platform standards and automation frameworks.
  • Drive cloud security, governance, networking, and operational excellence.
  • Define platform architecture standards and best practices.
  • Support engineering teams with cloud adoption and platform enablement.
  • Coach teams on cloud-native ways of working.
  • Contribute to long-term platform strategy and innovation initiatives.
  • Drive standardization, scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub platform management.
  • Strong Azure expertise (AWS-only backgrounds will not be considered).
  • Extensive Azure networking experience, including:
  • Virtual WAN (vWAN)
  • Hub-Spoke architecture
  • Azure Firewall
  • Site-to-Site (S2S)
  • Point-to-Site (P2S)
  • ExpressRoute
  • DNS & Routing
  • Application Gateway
  • VNET
  • NSG
  • Strong cloud security knowledge.
  • Experience with Terraform and/or Bicep.
  • Strong CI/CD pipeline experience.
  • Experience with platform architecture and system design.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills.
  • Coaching and mentoring experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset.
