• We act as a senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, cloud, networking and security incidents.
• We take ownership of high-priority technical issues through to resolution.
• We diagnose and resolve complex incidents and lead root cause analysis.
• We support and mentor junior engineers.
• We design, plan and deliver infrastructure, cloud, migration and networking projects.
• We architect and deploy advanced Microsoft cloud, server and network solutions across multiple client sites.
• We build, migrate, configure and maintain Windows Server environments.
• We manage Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune environments.
• We move confidently between different client environments, priorities and technologies while maintaining clear documentation and excellent communication.
• We investigate failed backups and manage restoration and recovery processes.

• TCP/IP, We are a well-established managed service provider seeking an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role that combines advanced technical support with project delivery and infrastructure consultancy across multiple client environments. We offer the opportunity to work on a wide range of Microsoft, networking, security and disaster recovery technologies, supporting secure and resilient solutions for our clients.

• We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with substantial experience in a senior infrastructure, third-line support or technical project role.
• We require previous experience working for a managed service provider (MSP).
• We need strong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, file services, certificate services, networking and security.
• We are looking for advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience using PowerShell for administration, deployment, reporting and automation.
• We require experience designing, implementing and troubleshooting backup and disaster recovery solutions, ideally with platforms such as Veeam and Datto.
• We need someone with the ability to manage multiple client environments and competing priorities.
• We are looking for a structured, methodical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to identify root causes, not just symptoms.
• We require experience delivering technically complex projects from planning through to completion.
• A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to client sites when required are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Defender, Autotask, Datto RMM, Cyber Essentials, Dell or comparable enterprise server and storage technologies would be beneficial.
