Job description
- Participate in proactive IT upgrades and scheduled penetration testing.
- Support service delivery with management reports around KPIs.
- Operate on a rotating 24/7 shift pattern, which includes two 12-hour shifts and three 6-hour shifts weekly, with out-of-hours shifts worked from home.
- Make occasional visits to data centres around the South to ensure reliable service delivery and support ongoing infrastructure.

As a NOC Engineer, you will strengthen your networking skills in a diverse IT environment while supporting an international company committed to reducing energy waste and costs. You will work within a team of 8 NOC Engineers, helping to implement, monitor, and support IT infrastructure and service delivery across our network. This role includes supporting and maintaining a Cisco, Palo Alto, and Linux network infrastructure, validating compliance with strict Information Security Management best practices, and proactively monitoring the uptime of IT systems, servers, and services to address outages as they arise. We are confident in the variety of work and opportunities for career progression this role offers, from developing specialized skills to making impactful recommendations on utilizing the latest technologies.
