Job description

Responsible for the administration, compliance, and operation of the Bank's information technology, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and related technology services. Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory guidance and other banking regulations while supporting safe and sound banking operations., · Maintain, and enforce IT, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, incident response, and acceptable use policies.

· Ensure compliance with FFIEC guidance, FDIC examination expectations, GLBA Safeguards Rule requirements, and applicable state and federal regulations.

· Maintain the Bank's cybersecurity framework utilizing FFIEC and NIST principles to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from threats.

· Manage technology infrastructure including Windows servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Virtual Machines, storage systems, endpoint security, and cloud services.

· Manage switches, routers, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, network segmentation, and content filtering technologies.

· Support secure connectivity for core processing, online banking, ATM/debit card systems, RDC, ACH, cash management, and third-party banking platforms.

· Monitor system availability, performance, capacity, backups, logging, and disaster recovery readiness.

· Maintain network diagrams, asset inventories, software licensing records, system documentation, and recovery procedures.

· Manage vendor due diligence, contract reviews, annual vendor risk assessments, and third-party risk management activities.

· Provide cybersecurity awareness training and phishing education programs for employees.

· Support business units and customers with technology-related issues and projects.

· Consistently supports the Bank and its core values

· Follow all policies and procedures

· Additional duties may be assigned by supervisor

Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Network Administrator to join our team. This vital role involves managing and supporting our network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity, security, and performance across all banking operations. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for network technology, a keen eye for troubleshooting, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of system reliability., · High school diploma or equivalent

· Bachelor's degree or applicable trade/technical education

· 5+ years IT experience in a financial institution

· Knowledge of FISC and Horizon preferred

· Knowledge of FFIEC guidance, GLBA Safeguards Rule, Information Security Programs, and banking regulations

· Enterprise network administration experience

· Vendor management, third-party risk management, business continuity, and disaster recovery experience

· Advanced knowledge of computer hardware, software, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization, cybersecurity tools, and endpoint protection.

· Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.

· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with auditors, examiners, executive management, and Boards of Directors.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing regulations, policies, and procedures.
