Job description
- Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple Salesforce consulting projects, ensuring alignment with budget, scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
- Work within an Agile environment, continuously refining priorities, milestones, deliverables, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with client stakeholders (Product Owners) to shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct client discovery sessions, define business processes, and document user stories.
- Develop deep knowledge of clients' business objectives to recommend Salesforce enhancements and integrations.
- Lead a high-performing technical team, translating project goals into actionable requirements with user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Set and track project milestones, manage unforeseen delays, and adjust schedules as needed.
- Establish and maintain project communication plans, ensuring regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate key client meetings, including kickoffs, discovery sessions, touchpoints, and demos.
- Gather, analyze, and present project insights, trends, and status reports.
- Maintain and prioritize the sprint backlog, balancing stakeholder requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to drive decision-making and uncover future opportunities for client engagement.
- Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups.
- Identify and resolve team impediments while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
- Consulting experience in project management is preferred
- Experience delivering software solutions or services in collaboration with development teams
- Prior Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, and/or Experience Clouds) is a plus
- Strong balance of technical expertise and business acumen
- Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Quick learner with the ability to leverage technology for successful project management
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a high degree of personal accountability
- Ability to ask "why" to understand business processes, document "how" operations function, and translate business needs into well-defined requirements
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused amid competing demands
Benefits & conditions
The target salary range for this position is $100,000 to $105,000 per year. We are committed to hiring the right person, not simply filling a position.
