Job description
- Lead design strategy for the transact platform, influencing end-to-end user journeys across agreements.
- Define and drive UX goals for enterprise transact experiences, ensuring seamless interactions.
- Leverage research and data to drive design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, Vibe Coding, or high fidelity prototypes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Experience with user experience (UX) design for B2B (business-to-business) or enterprise software applications.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)., * Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Experience working with the Salesforce Lightning design system.
- Experience designing with Figma and GenAI Agentic UI.
- Experience in creative visualization, rapid prototyping, design strategy, and user research.
