7+ years working in telecom, fiber, or internet service provider networks
Hands-on experience building and managing fiber networks (FTTH, PON, IP, or optical networks)
Experience troubleshooting complex network issues (Tier II/III support)

Technical Knowledge

Understanding of fiber networks (XGS-PON, OLTs/ONTs)
Knowledge of IP networking (routing, switching, Layer 2/3)
