The Senior Analyst, Continuous Improvement Engineering, will support enterprise transformation efforts focused on improving operational efficiency, enhancing digital maturity, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
This individual will evaluate current business processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement scalable solutions that improve performance, quality, and customer outcomes. The role requires a combination of process engineering, data analysis, change management, and transformation leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, quality engineering, or business transformation Lean Six Sigma certification with hands-on experience using DMAIC, SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and root cause analysis Experience creating As-Is and To-Be process maps using tools such as Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar platforms Strong data analysis and reporting experience with Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or Sprint-based delivery environments Demonstrated ability to define and improve KPIs, SLAs, operational metrics, and customer outcomes Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving operations, engineering, product, and data teams Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Experience integrating AI technologies, automation tools, predictive analytics, or AI-powered workflow solutions into business processes Experience with ITIL, CMMI, ADKAR, ProSci, PMI, PRINCE2, process mining, or product-centric transformation initiatives
