The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst serves as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and reporting teams, transforming data into actionable business insights. This role defines reporting requirements, analyzes trends, performs root-cause analysis, develops executive and client-facing narratives, and helps leadership understand not only what happened, but why it happened and what actions should be taken., * Analyze operational, financial, product, clinical, and client performance data.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and identify drivers of performance changes.
- Define business requirements for dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics.
- Partner with reporting teams to ensure data solutions align to business objectives.
- Develop executive summaries, business reviews, client reports, and presentations.
- Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
- Monitor KPIs and identify emerging risks and opportunities.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders and reporting teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Finance, Economics or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, healthcare operations, business intelligence, consulting or related areas.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions., * Healthcare, workers compensation, managed care, or insurance experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience supporting executive leadership and product teams.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $80,500 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
