Job description
This role is focused on execution and solution delivery. The contractor will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, analytics engineers, and development teams to manage day-to-day enhancements, bug fixes, technical troubleshooting, testing, and release activities across reporting, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on business analyst who is comfortable translating business requirements into technical work items, supporting agile delivery processes, and ensuring solutions remain reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams for support, maintenance, and enhancement activities.
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards, semantic models, automations, Power Apps, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Manage and prioritize defect remediation, bug fixes, and enhancement requests across reporting and analytics solutions.
- Coordinate development activities with analytics engineers, developers, and platform teams to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.
- Perform solution testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect validation, and release readiness activities.
- Monitor production solutions and identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Support data validation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting activities across reporting and analytics platforms.
- Partner with business teams to document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, training guides, support materials, and knowledge repositories.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manual effort and improve business productivity.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Analytics Consultant, or Product Delivery Analyst.
- Knowledge of SQL, data structures, and reporting solutions.
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting agile development and project delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or CRM processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
